the property was for my aunt's house--because she was suddenly placed into a nursing home. Susan Lare was extremely helpful in a difficult situation, in many ways. my first impression of her was of a very knowledgeable, motivated and kind woman and my opinion of her in the following encounters only confirmed that. I have already given her name to people who may be in need of her services in the reasonable future and if I ever need a realtor again, I will definitely call her.

Susan was quick to respond and courteous. 2 important things since we live far away from the property we sold. Our sale had many ups and downs, and a lot of back and forth. Susan was always available and took care of a lot of the BS so we didn't have to travel too much. Pocono properties can take a long time to sell. Buyers aren't always stable and things fall through. If Susan wasn't excellent in all of the above areas we certainly wouldn't have stuck with and resigned with her.
