My name is Susan Lueptow and I am a Realtor with Century 21 Nachman.
For almost 20 years, I have excelled as a real estate professional. During my time working with clients from all over Hampton Roads and Virginia, I have seen the wide swings of the market from the Great Recession to the Great Resignation. Now we experience changing mortgage interest rates, high inflation and low inventory of homes. Weathering the storms of foreclosures, the COVID pandemic, and unconventional multiple offers situations have all transformed me into an agent readily willing and able to handle all aspects of the buying and selling process.
I'm have worked diligently through the years to be up-to-date and current with certifications as a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), a Seller Representative Specialist (SRS), an Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR), a Military Relocation Professional (MRP) and the one of highest possible certifications a real estate can receive - Graduate, REALTOR Institute (GRI). I am an Accredited Staging Professional and in 2021, I became owner and operator of Amazing Staging. It is an extraordinary means to help sellers prepare their home for a quicker sale and higher price. It's true, "You don't list your house like you live in it!"

This was an estate sale so was a slightly different scenario. She was on every detail and provided not only advice on what to do to fix up the house but providing references for contractors who could do the work and often handling the scheduling of them. She provided a reference for someone to help with the estate sale of personal effects in the house. I never worried about getting the job done because Susan was leading my team. Bravo!
