She is our " Go To" when dealing with anything Real Estate. I find Susan Monroe always responds when contacted and pays attention to details. Plus she is just a pleasure to work with. I recommend her to family friends and business associates. On this deal we had a solid over asking offer in less than a week. And closed flawlessly in a month. Excellent!
