Seller reviewNowadays, when I picture my guardian angel, I imagine Susan. She was so helpful and communicative. This was my first time selling a house, and she was so patient in explaining every step and outside factors to me (often multiple times when I needed a refresher). I'd had a terrible experience with a realtor at another brokerage, and my experience with Susan was a complete 180 from that ordeal. I very much appreciate how she presented offers: giving a breakdown of the details, showing my net takeaway, and giving me time to process it before we discussed it together. Her advice in counter-offers was spot-on. I would recommend her with zero hesitation to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in Cheverly. She's amazing!!
