I cannot express how thankful we were to have Susan on our team. Being overseas made coordinating the sale of our home complicated. After a very negative experience with another realtor, Susan was a breath of fresh air! She immediately acquired all the requisite information from our previous realtor and got to work. After our house sat on the market for nearly 100 days with our previous realtor, Susan acquired an offer within the week on the very first showing! Being overseas made coordinating repairs complicated. Thankfully, Susan took the lead on all contract efforts, coordinating multiple repairs flawlessly. She acquired multiple estimates, and communicated with us throughout the entire process. She oversaw all repairs and provided before and after pics for our approval. She even took time out of her weekend to personally repaint our laundry room after some sheetrock repairs!! Despite the time difference, she always responded in a timely manner. Whether it was late at night or the weekend, she always communicated with us quickly and clearly. Susan was an amazing realtor and her diligence and professionalism are what got this sale done! We could not be happier with our experience. I would highly recommend her to anyone in need of a realtor. Our only regret is that we did not call Susan first!
