Buyer reviewIt is difficult to purchase a home in a seller's market and even harder to purchase when you are just about to return to CONUS from overseas. Susan understood our situation and was able to give us excellent advice on getting us a home in this competitive market that meets our needs and that we could enjoy.
-
Buyer reviewSusan is very knowledgeable on how to word the buyers contracts. She protected us to the fullest. She took the time to drive by our house on a weekly bases to ensure any work that was needed was done properly. She reached out to the sellers agent for and all questions we had for the sellers. Susan is very well known in the community and she knows the best of the best. She made my first time home buying very easy and painless. I will definitely be working with Susan in the future and I'd recommend her to all my friends and family.
-
Buyer reviewSusan was extremely helpful in finding us our first home and getting us through this process. We highly recommend her as she will find what you are looking for and not BS you and find you the house that you can be happy in and afford.
-
Seller reviewSusan goes above and beyond what you would expect in a real estate agent. She genuinely cares about you & your family's wants and needs. We trust her advice and could honestly never imagine utilizing anyone other than her.
-

Seller reviewSusan has been very adept in relaying information to me so that I understand it and its importance. I enjoyed working with her and her skill at problem solving when buying my house a few years ago so it was natural to seek her out to sell my house. This sale went into overtime due to the buyer. Susan was tenacious in getting the house sold and articulating my concerns to the buyers agent. The actually closing was smooth from my perspective and that was directly related to a proactive broker/signer of paper. I have no idea what to call her other than Pamela.
