The moment I spoke with Susan Singleton on the phone, I knew she was the agent for our family! I have bought and sold so many homes in various states and selecting an agent who is sincere and kind is hard to find. Susan is the real deal! All of those characteristics describe Susan! Outside of the professional relationship with Susan, she is someone I would want to have at my Thanksgiving table! Susan is truly the best!!!! Susan even went door to door with flyers and speaking with homeowners in neighborhoods we were interested in when no homes were on the market in those neighborhoods. Susan goes over and beyond!!!!! Susan always made herself availabe no matter what time day or night. She is so open and honest. I felt that we would find the right house with Susan helping us.
