They had great contacts for repairs and and services that I needed to complete on the property I am an out of state seller and the provided excellent support for me. We were long distance sellers. Susan and team helped us find painters, handyman, etc. They did constant drive by to give us updates on the condition of the property. We had an issue with the tenant and they were very helpful in communication and recommendations. Susan made us feel like this was the only property she was interested and managing. I am truly appreciative of the assistance and sale. While I doubt I will buy or sell again i the area, I would certainly love to say hello to both Susan and Laura and consider them friends.
