Seller reviewAfter attempting a for-sale-by-owner, we interviewed several agents and are so glad we chose Susan Timm to represent our home. She is knowledgeable about the market and provided a wealth of information and sound advice about pricing and marketing our home. After listing our home, she had expert recommendations and solid explanations for all the little and big things that cropped up. She was very responsive to every question we had and provided frequent updates about showings. She was on-duty 24-7 when selling our home (not that we expected her to be!). She set high goals for our sale and marketed the home enthusiastically. Susan is a joy to work with – she is honest and trustworthy and she radiates goodness! Susan Timm has sold us on the true value of a realtor and we don't think we will operate without one again.
