Susan has been handling rental of property for a few years quite well so it was a given that she would be realtor to sell my property. Susan went above and beyond to handle transaction. I'm an out of state owner and I think she did more than any other realtor would have.

She is knowledgeable about all the particulars of the Leisure World requirements, and anticipates as much as possible, to ensure a minimal amount of surprises, as there always are!!! Susan also goes above and beyond in her support of her clients by providing a Rolodex of all the trades and services that might be needed to facilitate a quick and effortless transaction, which she has "lined up for BEFORE she informs what needs to be done- so all that is left is the OK. Her follow up and correspondence was always immediate and in most cases anticipatory, keeping all stresses to a minimum!! Susan is genuinely unique in her combination of customer care and real estate knowledge which makes a potential "stressful experience" a successful AND "well cared-for" outcome. Susan took care of everything... even met me at the Escrow office for the hand off... I was very well supported in Susan's care. Susan is a seasoned professional that takes her responsibility seriously, with excellent follow up and always having the answer for the next step when the course of the sale changed. I could not be happier with decision to have Susan and Ed to assist me with my latest home purchase.
