Seller reviewSusanne is great. Such a pleasure to deal with. She helped me through the process of pricing the house to sell, and also going through offers. I couldn't be happier with Susanne. I'm looking for a new house and will be using Susanne through that process as well and aslo with the sale of another property.

Seller reviewSusanne Chiefa was a tremendous help to me in getting a relative's house sold. She knew the area very well, was very knowledgeable about what similar homes were for selling for, apprised me of what was going on and what I needed to do, didn't mind that I often called her and always answered my calls within a short amount of time. She never rushed me. Susanne did an outstanding job with the "Open House", called me and sent me necessary information within a day's time about prospective buyers. Susanne was very easy to get along with, a very good listener, extremely helpful, available, and had a sense of humor. I liked her positive attitude and her dedication to getting the house sold at the best possible price. I did not live in the area and Susanne always agreed to meet with me and at the house at a time that was convenient for me. I really enjoyed chatting w/her and listening to her suggestions. Recommending her is a pleasure.

She navigated a tough transaction and always remained cool and collected approaching all topics. When we got swamped she was great at keeping all parties aligned. Over and above, she has great insights into home maintenance, upkeep, renovations... just an added bonus. Sometimes you run into someone for a reason: with us, it was to help us purchase a new home.
