Seller reviewWould not work with any other Agent. Not in a million years. Mrs. Merbach is the absolute best at what she does. Knowledgeable, hard working, and pleasant to work with. She had to overcome the total incompetence of the buyer's Title Company person who processed the closing. Susanne worked all day to make sure all documents were properly processed so we could go to closing as planned the next day. Susanne Merbach never gives up to make sure things go smoothly and as planned.
