I had two previous brokers that flaked out on me until I met Sussie Betts. She not only help me buy my new home but help me to legally change my old home papers under my name. My old house was still under my fathers name so she talked to my lawyer to get him moving because I paid him a $1000 and 3 months later nothing. A couple of calls and a visit from Sussie got him moving. One week later paper work was done. She did a lot of extra work that nobody else would have done for me and it was very hard to close because of my credit. However she found a mortgage company that would lend me the money and in the end I got my dream home. She literally pulled of of a miracle because if it wasn't for her I would have never gotten my home. Most realtors want easy money and would not have done everything that Sussie did for me. One of the previous realtors that I had quit after showing me only one house that was run down. Sussie showed me a dozen houses because I'm super picky.
