Seller reviewSuzanne was and is always excellent to work with! She helped me purchase my first home in 2020 and now has helped me sell that same home. She quickly look at comps and suggested a competitive price for my neighborhood. I never had to call her to see where we were in the process, she always kept me well informed. I never felt pressured to list with her or to make a decision either. She was truly in it for my best interest! She went out of her way many times to make sure we got what we wanted and provide amazing support. She was able to provide information on numerous houses very quickly and she also was honest. She try to find the house that you are wanting down to the littlest specification. She treated you like you were first. She made you feel like she was trying to buy the same house as you and not just get you to buy any house. If we were interested in a house that we didn't know about she would provide all the information very quickly and she would be honest if the house is what we were looking for or not. She was amazing. I highly recommend her for anyone looking for that home with very specific details. She will not stop hunting it until it's yours.

Seller reviewSuzanne Chapman knows the market and had many helpful hints on getting the house show ready. Although she thought the house would appraise for a lower price, she listed it for what we wanted. In the end, we came down only $25k, which was still $50k over what she thought. It was a win for both of us! Our house was under contract in just 6 days.
