Seller reviewTo repeat what I stated previously in this survey: I think Suzanne went beyond my expectations as a sales agent for my property. She treated me like a friend through the entire process but used her professional talents to make the entire process as easy as possible for me. She was always available to me(and my son) to answer any questions we had and to keep us up-to-date on the progress of the sale. She was knowledgeable about the sales histories in my area and extremely helpful in preparing my house for sale when I was dealing with everything from another location. I would highly recommend Suzanne to other friends and neighbors. She's a gem!

She was easy to talk to and understood my needs and worked hard in my opinion to get me the house I needed. She was professional and was always in contact with me for all of my many questions and concerns . Suzanne has a very sweet personality, but make no mistake she is there to represent you when negoating the deal. I would highly recommend Susan Caferio for anybody looking to buy or sell a home.

Buyer reviewWe have worked with Suzanne Cafiero and Rich Gilson over the past year or so looking at properties. They were always very willing to get us into properties, many being last minute decisions. Once we decided on a property to purchase, they were ALWAYS there to answer questions, find out information, and deal with any issues very promptly and thoroughly. As we went through the negotiation process, they helped in every way, recommending offer price, offering advice as to negotiating different aspects of the deal and going back and forth with the Sellers agent with many of our requests and questions. We are very happy with our relationship with Suzanne and Rich, they are and will continue to be who we go to for our real estate needs.
