Seller reviewSuzette Grimes is the BEST! This is the third time I (and, originally, my deceased now husband) have asked Suzette to be my sales rep from Century 21. I feel so confident in her guidance and her due diligence in ALL things related to the selling and/or buying of a home. She also has Jerry, her husband, join her who knows the engineering side of things as well as visually being able to determine problems or positive elements about a house. They make a fabulous duo. Plus they both are the kindest, most delightful people to work with and know on a more personal basis now. Suzette was on top of every detail. And kept me informed as we went along. Whatever other positive characteristics you can list, I give Suzette an "excellent."

Buyer reviewRecommended by a friend, I was no longer interested in buying a home in Texas until Suzette showed me a home that I immediately fell in love with, the rest is history. I had been shopping for a home in Texas or land and had no success, still surprised how quickly she found me a home. I'm in California, Suzette went as far as to do a skype video so I can see the house with her as she did a walk thru. She also had her husband by her side that was very helpful in giving me the measurements of the rooms and answer some of my questions as to what upgrades I was interested in doing to the house. Poor thing had to be very patient with an un-patient person, not anyone can work with me, I have PTSD from the military service, didn't seem to bother her one bit. Even after the close of escrow she is still helping me in setting up utilities for the home and helping me with other research services.
