Seller reviewWell the house sold in 6 days for a full offer. Not alot of other detail I can offer as that pretty much says it all. Tabitha has been our agent for multiple buying and selling but she is a friend who was watching out for us. You can't beat that. The house was priced right and the marketing done well. Tabitha was always available and made sure things were right, constantly taking our texts or calls. Like everyone who is not a realtor thinks they know what to do, (me included) you really don't. It is the little things that will get you and sometimes they can help you, but you have to knwo what they are. Tabitha got them all for us. In the end it was one of the easiest transaction I have had. I am in not rush to do this again, but if I do I would go back to Tabitha again. I would recommend her to anyone.
