I have worked with Tabitha throughout the process of selling my grandmas home. I live in Illinois and my grandma's home was in rural Arkansas. If only it remained as simple as a hurdle due to distance...Unfortunately, 2 weeks prior to closing my grandma passed away. I greatly appreciate how dedicated and informative Tabitha has been. Due to this unexpected turn of events, it delayed closing by 6 weeks and also brought on more paperwork but Tabitha quickly persevered and took the new challenges head-on.
