I'm so thankful I met Tale'a Viscarra through associates at my work. She has a strong work ethic and is really down to earth and has a great personality. She took all the worries away with the unknowns while going through the first time home buying process. She explained everything in a simple way for me to understand and went above and beyond during each step of the process. Tale'a is the Wonder woman of real estate ( I'm not sure when she sleeps) because she is always on top of everything and reliable. Thank you Tale'a for all your help!

We met with two other brokers before Tale'a. We never felt certain that they were for us nor did we feel that we were important to them. As soon as we met Tale'a, we knew she was the realtor for us and that she would get our house sold above and beyond our expectations. If I had more homes to sell, I would pick her in a heartbeat! We were contacted by Tale'a when we requested to see a house online. My wife and I were immediately impressed by her level of professionalism, knowledge, and patience with us. Altogether, we were looking for a house off and on for about a year and a half. Tale'a worked incredibly hard to help us find a house that was a good fit. It only took as long as it did because we started looming before we were ready to buy. As first time homebuyers, we didnt understand the process, but Tale'a did a phenomenal job explaining the process so we could understand. Tale'a showed is a house that was a little bit beyond our priceline, but we are so happy she did. She helped us negotiate the house down almost $20,000, and helped us with every part of the escrow. The most impressive part about working with Tale'a was her vast network of professionals. Through her network, we found a great deal on home insurance, home inspections, pest inspections, roofing contractors, electricians, etc. We ended up not needing the help, but she also had contacts to help with movers and other services. Altogether, Tale'a made the process as seamless as possible and the escrow went very smoothly. I cannot recommend Tale'a enough. She will be my first call when we decide to buy or sell in the future.
