Seller reviewOn closing Ms. Tamara Bailey was deligent on making sure that the closing amounts were correct for us. Every seller is depending on their sales agent to look out for their interest and Ms Bailey did this. Ms. Tamara Bailey's great sales presentation, energy, and deligense made us decided on picking her to sale our property. Ms Tamara Bailey kept us informed as to how the sale of our property was going and how the surronding properties for sale were selling. That kept us informed, so important. The closing was smooth, fast, and curtious. Great experience.

We did the contract over the phone, communicating between her laptop and my desktop Mac. Later, when closing over the internet, everything was high tech - very smooth! I would certainly recommend Tamara if you are looking for property in the Ruidoso area.
