Buyer reviewWe lived out of State and the first time we met Tami- She sat down with us and listened to what we wanted in a house. She took us to several homes, New and Existing & we decided to go New Build. Tami kept us informed on the status of our home and took pictures for us to see since we weren't there to see how the house was coming along. I would recommend Tami to anyone- In fact, She is now working with our Son & his Fiancee in getting their 1st house.

Seller reviewAt our "will-you-be-our-realtor" meeting Tami Smith asked us many questions to get at what we needed, sent us home with a helpful packet of info that recapped our meeting, answered my many, many questions, and was so patient and calming. Tami was knowledgeable about items required for FHA & VA loans so we could prep our house to sell. She was great at talking me off ledges throughout the entire process. Great communicator. We never had to ask for an update, because she was so prompt. Great listener. Best realtor we've had!

Buyer reviewMy family decided to move to southern Missouri from Oregon and were recommended to Tami by USAA. We rented a condo for a week in Branson and contacted Tami. We had already done extensive research on the area and had several homes we wanted to look at. Tami took us all over the place, gave us great information on the areas we were interested in, set up showings and fit it all into a small window. We made an offer on a place but it fell through. Time ran out for us so we headed home. Disappointed we began our online search again and Tami did video walkthroughs of a few new places we were interested in. This is one of the areas that we think that Tami went above a beyond because she did such a great job that we were able to find the perfect fit! Bought it sight unseen. We showed up for the final walk through with obvious trepidation and fell in love with the place. Now ,in closing this down I just want to say that I'm 67 and have had my fair share of experience with real estate agents over the years but this was the only one that really put a smile on my face! She was on top of everything and worked around our very tight and strict schedule to help us get the house we wanted. During the whole home buying process, we always felt like Tami made us her number one priority.
