Buyer reviewTamera is knowledgeble and laid back--not high pressure--so we knew were in good hands. We appreciated her patience with us, as we looked at various properties--she really listened and understood our hopes dreams and wishes. She was genuinely engaged in the outcome, answered our questions and made sure we had the information we needed to make a decision. We felt like we made a friend in Tamera and wish only the best for her.

Seller reviewTamera was on the job from my first phone call to the office. She had info & things to share with me hours after our first speaking on the phone when she met me to toured my home & property. She was excited to help me sell my home which made it a much more fun experience since the house had been in my family for 25 plus years. Her photographer did a great job with the inside and exterior photos. She even had potential buyers before we officially listed! The whole experience went great and fast! I sold my house from listing date to closing in 8 days. BTW, there was Christmas during the middle of that time! Wow! I have referred my friend, who has a lake house in Granbury that he wants to sale. No better way to prove she did good than a referral!

Buyer reviewAs a first time home buyer, I wanted to work with someone who was trustworthy and who would always give me their honest opinion. Mrs. Reynolds did exact that and more. She was always timely in updating me about how the purchase of my home was going. She always gave solid advice on what a good deal looked like and she always had the best in minded for me when she gave that advice. Overall, I'm so happy with my purchase and I am so grateful that Mrs. Reynolds was my realtor. I would recommend her to anyone because I know that there going to be getting to work with an awesome person as well as getting the home they want.

Buyer reviewUnfortunately as high as the ratings would go was excellent or I would rate her higher. On more than one occasion Tamara dropped what she was doing to meet us and show us properties, she was constantly sending listings and she really made the whole closing process easy! As an example, she stayed the entire time the inspection on the house was being done and was asking as many questions as I did. Awesome to work with!

Tenant reviewMy family and I lost our home due to a house fire in October of 23. When I started the process of finding a new home it was so overwhelming and scary at the same time. God put me in Tamera's path. That's the only way I can describe us meeting and working with her and the Century 21 team. Everyone was SO understanding, supportive and helpful. I wouls absolutely recommend using Tamera for your home buying or rental needs. I will forever be greatful for all of them.
