Seller reviewIt took quite a while to sell because of the location but all my dealings with Tammy Carty went smoothly and I could not have asked for a better broker. She was always in a positive mood and kept me from being discouraged. I have been investing in real estate for 35 years and she is the best broker I have ever worked with. She was in constant communication and has a very upbeat personality. Because I am out of state I could not be there to take care of the house. Tammy took care of business for me and kept the house in show condition. She arranged contractors for me and took the time to get bids. I always felt she was working very hard for me even though it was a low end house and not a big commission for her. Excellent in every respect.
