Personal Profile
As a native of North Carolina, I have loved every city and town. But since the 1970's, I moved to this beautiful, waterfront city of Washington, NC. With it's vast history and friendly downhome folks, I was hooked. Living here has allowed me to volunteer for charities and participate in activities centered around helping the community grow and thrive. I am a Director for our Washington/Beaufort County Board of Realtors and member of the Chamber of Commerce. Having been an owner of two businesses and working in engineering at Fountain Powerboats in the area, I learned the importance of striving towards your goals. As a full-time real estate broker, I take pride in my career. Going that extra mile for my buyers and sellers to make their transaction as easy as possible is my main concern. But knowing also, I will be there for them even after the sale.

We found with a prior land listing and property sale Ms. Berry was eager to sell, very responsive, professional, everything we were looking for in a realtor. Considering Ms. Berry worked so hard for a property that stood to gain a small profit we felt she would best serve our needs selling a larger, more valuable property and our primary residence. I cannot speak enough positive words to the experience, Tammy's organizational skills, and making us as the customer feel as if we were her only customer. There are not enough stars to give this fine woman as well as Century 21 as a whole due to Ms. Berry's hard work and dedication to our needs.
