Personal Profile
As a native of North Carolina, I have loved every city and town. But since the 1970's, I moved to this beautiful, waterfront city of Washington, NC. With it's vast history and friendly downhome folks, I was hooked. Living here has allowed me to volunteer for charities and participate in activities centered around helping the community grow and thrive. I am a Director for our Washington/Beaufort County Board of Realtors and member of the Chamber of Commerce. Having been an owner of two businesses and working in engineering at Fountain Powerboats in the area, I learned the importance of striving towards your goals. As a full-time real estate broker, I take pride in my career. Going that extra mile for my buyers and sellers to make their transaction as easy as possible is my main concern. But knowing also, I will be there for them even after the sale.

Seller reviewI have known Tammy Berry for some time, but that's not why I chose her as my broker. She is very passionate about what she does. I have never been through the selling process and I was somewhat anxious to begin with, but she immediately put me at ease. Tammy is very knowledgeable and cares about people. She takes care to make sure every step of the selling/buying process meets her clients needs. Tammy is a person of integrity. We, as a community are very fortunate to have her!!!

Buyer reviewTammy was WAY beyond the typical agent. She took personal interest in our needs and requirements. She was available day or night with questions, concerns, or practical help. Even one month after we closed she is still working for us in the details of contractors etc. She truly made us feel welcome to our community even though we have lived here 4 years, SHE made Beaufort county feel like home by every detail of our experience. We truly can not say enough about her professionalism but it was her personal interaction that made the difference. She treated us like she would treat a family member. We are so grateful for all her diligent work on our behalf.

Buyer reviewTammy has a way of talking to anyone and making them feel at ease. My situation was not expected and it took a little over 90 days to close. She continued to make the seller at ease and the sellers buyers agent in which she was going to purchase a condo. The other real estate agent always knew what was going on so he could relay to his sellers that everything was fine and that the closing date had yet been moved again. In the end everyone was happy and there were no glitches. As far as I am concerned she is the BEST.
