Personal Profile

As a native of North Carolina, I have loved every city and town. But since the 1970's, I moved to this beautiful, waterfront city of Washington, NC. With it's vast history and friendly downhome folks, I was hooked. Living here has allowed me to volunteer for charities and participate in activities centered around helping the community grow and thrive. I am a Director for our Washington/Beaufort County Board of Realtors and member of the Chamber of Commerce. Having been an owner of two businesses and working in engineering at Fountain Powerboats in the area, I learned the importance of striving towards your goals. As a full-time real estate broker, I take pride in my career. Going that extra mile for my buyers and sellers to make their transaction as easy as possible is my main concern. But knowing also, I will be there for them even after the sale.

I ran into many problems when buying my house. Tammy Berry kept an optimistic attitude, and did whatever she could to ensure I could close and that I was happy. She maintained strong communication, and I never felt left out or nervous due to Tammy. We had a hard time at the end making sure we could close, and Tammy went the extra mile for me! Did not deal with any other staff.

We have dealt with Tammy Berry on two separate deals. Once when she as acted as the seller's agent and once acting as a buyers agent for us. Tammy has impressed us serving in both capacities. Tammy knows her job and treats everyone with respect. She is honest, very supportive and is always available to help with anything we throw at her. Tammy is not shy when it comes to fighting for the rights of her clients and does not rest until she has met her commitments. We have several other purchases in the works and Tammy will be our agent.
