Seller reviewTammy was outstanding. We had a buyer and a contract very quickly but the buyer slowed things down in order to sell their home, even though they did not have a home sale contingency. Tammy was great at keeping up the pressure and keeping us informed. She was also so helpful in helping us deal with issues that arose as we were over 250 miles away. Would absolutely recommend.

Century 21 Action Realty is a great company to work with. Office staff so pleasant and with Tammy Cottrell's knowledge my house had many views and open house went great. Of course like many older homes there were issues with CO and she stepped in to help me get all the work done. I will use Tammy in the future and will definitely refer friends to Century 21 Action Realty.
