Seller reviewTammy Elliot was the local expertise I needed to sell an Altus's house from across the country. She has the market insight and the military point of reference that was essential to the success of this sale. She offered insightful opinion and options throughout the process and was satisfyingly aggressive in all aspects of completing the sale. Not only did she take on all marketing aspects of the process but she also applied her own elbow grease to improve the woodwork inside the home while coordinating the photography and managing the upkeep of the home while the sale process continued. Outstanding! If I had another property and Altus to sell I would use her without a doubt!

Seller reviewWe had used a different broker for 6 months prior to using Tammy Elliot and were for the most part very displeased. Tammy was wonderful to work with and eliminated a lot of stress on our part with us living out of town and trying to sale. Tammy made sure property was always secured after showings and kept us informed every step of the way and updated us frequently. Tammy was very honest with her opinions and suggestions regarding sale of our property. Tammy's knowledge of area, sales etc... was very informative . We would use Tammy again in a heartbeat and would recomend her to anyone needing to sale or buy a property !

I really don't know how anyone could possibly best her as a real estate agent - just go with Tammy and make your home purchase easier!
