Tammy was a tremendous help throughout the process of locating and purchasing our new home. She accommodated my work schedule, often showing my daughter and I properties after "normal" business hours. Once we located the home we wanted, we were not in a position to purchase the property right away. Tammy was instrumental in working with the listing agent and owner to negotiate a rental agreement. Throughout the rental period, Tammy often checked in to see how everything was going. Anytime I needed to talk to Tammy or had a question, she was very accessible and willing to help.
