We have been wanting to downsize, or should I say "right size" our home as empty nesters. Teresa Hall was very patient with us as we were deciding what was right for us. From beginning to end, I always feel 100% sure Teresa is working for my best interest, and that she only feels that the prospective sale is acceptable (however exhaustive) if it rings completely true with my confidence, rules out all concerns, and clearly makes my needs the heart of the focus. Teresa went above and beyond in the 'detective work' of ascertaining the history of this property, who owned it, why it hadn't been developed, connecting me to professionals who could help me evaluate the property's appropriateness for our project.
