Then when the listing came back available after it had offer Tammy went out of her way to get us in to see it the next day as she new that was the 1st house that I wanted to see when My Husband and I started looking in Janesville for a house.

From there when all was completed we moved ahead with discussion of pricing and she pretty much took over from there!!
