Tammy fell in love with this area in 2004 when her in-laws moved to Amelia Island. She married Marc, her college sweetheart, in 1997 and his work had them call Hilton Head Island SC, Charlotte NC, and Wilmington NC home before moving to their forever home on Amelia Island in May 2019. Tammy has 2 sons, one in college in Jacksonville and the other son is a Senior at Fernandina Beach High School. In her spare time, she enjoys boating, watching her sons play soccer, and exploring this area with all that it has to offer. She thinks you wont find a better place than the Amelia Island area to make the biggest investment of your life.

She made the process of selling our condo absolutely seamless in every way, from offering to help us clean – including windows, to delivering donations to a charity, to carrying rubbish to the dumpster.
