The house sold without advertising by the agency but Tana handled all of the paperwork for the sale for us. We found a property listed by Century 21 online, and Tana Rutan responded quickly. We were immediately able to make voice contact and discuss the local market. Upon making the trip to Stillwater, Miss Rutan expertly lined up viewings of properties, all of which would have met our needs, and we expeditiously found one with the right combination of qualities (construction, location and price). Miss Rutan was tops in all areas. This should have been a quick closing (cash), but the seller was battling legal issues that halted the closing three times over the course of about four months. Miss Rutan, in accordance with our wishes, kept up with the details and was the driving force allowing us to finally close on our residential property purchase. The overall experience with Century 21 Global, represented by Tana Rutan, was all positive. The all-encompassing experience was tough, but that was due to the seller's legal issues, and had nothing to do with the proficiency and expertise of Century 21. Miss Rutan was the bright spot in all of this. My recommendation is to make several clones of Miss Rutan so that future customers of Century 21 Global can experience her expertise and professional manner.
