Buyer reviewAlthough we had decided on a location outside of Tanya's usual territory in Maryland, she was more than game to help in searching for our new home. We dragged her from Prince George County St Mary's County in Southern Maryland, Leonardtown in particular. She quickly made contact and established a good relationship with the selling agent which worked to our benefit. All in all, Tanya has been a delight to work with!

Buyer reviewTanya was a huge help to my wife and I during the purchase of our first home. We live in a co-op, so the process is a little different. Her knowledge was essential to getting us through to closing. I imagine there were a ton of larger accounts and sales at the time, being that this is DC, but Tanya always made us feel like our little purchase was important and that she had our backs. I would definitely recommend her to first time home buyers in the area.

Tanya was always available to show houses or answer questions. She was always on top of preparing documents and making sure that we were up to date on where everything was in the process Tanya made buying our first home as painless as possible. Tanya also knew the area very well and was able to discuss all the pros and cons for each town that we considered moving into based on our growing family and pets. Tanya was always professional and respectful to us throughout the entire process. During showings, if we forgot to ask the important questions or didn't the right information, we was always quick to step in and get us the information we needed. We have recommended Tanya to our friends who are moving into this area as well. She was nice, respectful, and knowledgeable on everything. She did right by us.
