Buyer reviewTanya was referred to us by a friend who is in the local BRN group with her. We had not explored any other brokers and when we got started with Tanya we decided to stick with her because she seemed incredibly knowledge not only about the area but the entire process and since we were first time buyers it was really important for us to have someone who was willing to always explain things so that we always understood what was going on. We always felt that she was there to answer our questions whether they were simple or needed her to do some fact checking for us. Being first time home buyers Tanya was able to help us and guide us through the process and give us advice that was really helpful. She made us feel like we were her only clients, she was very easy to get in touch with and answered our questions in a timely matter. She is also really knowledgeable and helped guide us through the whole process start to finish.

She truly worked hard to ensure that we found the house that met our criteria, so it was a no-brainer to go back to her when looking to sell the home. Tanya went above and beyond to ensure that our house was prepared for the market and was there every step of the way to make sure each piece of the process was understood. She made us her personal mission and you don't see that often especially in the southern Maryland area. Tanya made the process of selling the house easy and ensured every avenue was used to advertise. She was there immediately after each inspection to work with us in ensuring the deficiencies were reasonable and even went as far as helping to find the proper people to complete the repairs in a timely and cost efficient manner. Tanya made herself available at every opportunity, she was more than a realtor she was almost like a member of the family. Tanya showed that she truly cared about us as people and not as a sale, she even remembered important life events in my family and ensured she recognized them at the first opportunity. Tanya was never cryptic in what she said and was always direct, which was a very desirable trait for someone in the military that just wants the bottom line up front.

Seller reviewTanya was a god send in the short sale process. Our first meeting happened really quickly and she stepped me through the process. She had a contractor out the very next day to give me an estimate on work that I needed to complete. She negotiated with the contractor to ensure I got the bang for my buck. We had multiple offers within the week it was up for sale and she thoroughly explained the bids. Tanya was always available by phone or email and I'm glad I had her to go to throughout with questions.
