We met with her several times as we casually looked at homes and definitely felt like she understood what we were looking for. She was always easy to work with and after we bought our new home with her it was a no-brainer to list our other home to sell with her. The sales experience with Tara was fantastic and easy. She advised us on her marketing/sales strategy and a suggested sales price for a quick sale. Our house was listed online for 2 days, we got multiple offers, and we were under contract on day 3. I know a lot of it is the crazy real estate market right now but having Tara's guidance and experience made everything very straightforward.
