Seller reviewTara did a nice job with presenting the house to her clients and presenting my counter offer to them. I had one other buyer ready to purchase if anything fell through so I was very confident in selling this house. I knew one or the other would take it and I believe Tara knew this also, so she had to be very good with her presentation. In this case Tara also new the house and had seen it prior to the upgrades. That was a plus as a realtor knowing the history of what you are selling and sharing with potential home buyers. Job well done! Thanks,
