Suffice it to say that Ted Swinford is the epitome of everything an agent should be! He is professional in every aspect of his representation to us as buyers - I can't imagine any less when he represents sellers. At the same time, Ted is very in tune with his clients! We always felt that he was " watching out for our best interests in all areas. I cannot find a single area that he wasn't on top of!! I once sent him a list of over 20 properties we were interested in getting more information on. Ted responded immediately and followed up on every single property with explicit details and through the phone appeared to be smiing(he was probably also shaking his head! Lol) our financing was a unique Trust/Inheritance nightmare that he helped guide us through with ease. Ted also did a great job of dividing his attention between my husband and I and communicated effectively with both of us!
