Ted went above and beyond to help us purchase our home. It was not easy working with us as we live in another country. He was accommodating and helpful. The process went smooth and Ted was key.

This is my first time purchasing a home. I submitted my request for a realtor to a few local agencies per friend recommendations. My lender contacted Ted initially. He was the first to respond, had done his research prior to calling, and sent me a great selection of properties meeting my search criteria. I had been browsing the market for a couple years, so finding what I wanted wasn't difficult. Ted worked extremely well with the seller's realtor and I always felt like he was putting my best interests first. He is very knowledgeable and explained extensively the small details of certain elements of the property (anchoring dishwashers, builder code standards, etc). If anyone asks me for a recommendation in my area of Idaho, I would definitely send them to Ted. I was usually the one slacking in communications. He was very thorough using text, calling, and email in combination to make sure I always had the necessary information in multiple locations. Way less difficult than expected. I had put in the time prior, but the amount time Ted saved me translating a large amount of the documentation into simple terms and cutting through all the legalize was very appreciated.
