At one point when the property was under contract on a rent to purchase agreement, Ted dealt with the tenant, and acted as a property manager on our behalf.. His commission.was hard earned in this case

He always answered us back in a timely manner. He was efficient in dealing with the buyer's agent and keeping us in the loop on what was happening. We felt like he was fair in finding us the best way to sell our home for the highest return. Ted was amazing to work with. We would totally work with him again and highly recommend him.

He appraised the home much higher than another realtor we spoke with and got it sold at a higher price in under 60 days. Ted is very easy to get ahold of and always instantly responds.
