My friend recently bought his first home and his transaction went smoothly and quickly, so I decided to contact Ted. Ted was quick to call me back and begin asking me what kind of homes I was interested in, what location, etc. Once I secured financing and chose a home, Ted was fast to provide me communications. Ted was always available to send me updates. He was on vacation when he was communicating with me at one point, which I felt he went above and beyond what was expected. He was always kind and helpful. Ted was also able to successfully negotiate the price of the property down after my home inspection revealed some minor issues. I was very pleased. This was my first home purchase and it went really well. I am over very pleased. Ted became a good friend throughout this whole process. Thanks Ted!
