I called Tenley that day and she came out the next day to show me 2 houses before I even had a loan or a lender. Shortly after I applied for my VA loan and was given an agent by my lender. By going with the lenders agent I would receive a percentage towards closing cost. The agent given by my lender did not make me feel the way Tenley made me feel when I met her. I decided to walk away from my lender's agent and go with Tenley instead because of the first impression she made on me. It was one of the best decisions I've made.
