I have been a consistent top selling and listing agent at CENTURY 21® Crest Real Estate since 1987, and with all the years of receiving the "Circle of Excellence Award" (formally Million Dollar Club), have now earned the Lifetime Achievement designation. I owe my success to the fact that I love my job and enjoy meeting new people. Although licensed as a Real Estate Salesperson, I don't feel like a salesperson. It took us more than three years to find the right home, and through the countless showings and multiple offers, Tere was with us every step of the way. She has a wealth of knowledge about the industry, and her years of experience and insights made the process of purchasing our home smooth and seamless. She's a great communicator and exceptionally responsive. If Tere was out of town for a weekend getaway or trip, and a house came on the market that we wanted to see, she always made arrangements for us to check it out it with another agent from her office (all of whom were also wonderful). She's an honest, ethical and straight-shooting professional. At critical points in the purchasing process when her input was most valuable, she always delivered. Buyer reviewI can't say enough to express haw happy I was to have found Tere to help me buy my 1st home. She was always available for us and responded quickly. She crawled around the attic for my dad while he pointed the flashlight. She helped me stay on top of everything the attorney and mortgage company asked for and even picked up and dropped off a document twice! Tere is truly the best! Certainly as an agent and gave us local references when I needed a contractor after the closing. We love our new home. Thank you Tere!!!
