Teresa came highly recommended from my sister-in-law. She had no doubts or hesitations to refer her to us. My sister and I can't say ENOUGH GOOD about Teresa. We being novice 'sellers' truly needed someone like Teresa. It was an enjoyable experience and one we were proud to have had a part in. Teresa is SOLUTION minded and when there was a bump in ANYTHING from getting our mothers' home ready to show or with the other agent or buyers, we were all three discussing and planning a strategy. Teresa had excellent professional expertise with other realtors - buyers, etc. Her professional ethics were above standard which is a factor my sister and I looked at as 'critical' to how the integrity of the sale went. We dealt with people that did not have the same high standards and it could have been detrimental to the timely sale off our mothers' home. Teresa has a keen eye for DETAIL and no stone was left unturned in the overall appearance and specifics to the sale of the home. She walked us through each step, detail and 'knot' that came up. We were in the loop at all times. Excellent PLUS! Teresa always went 'above and beyond' in the process of getting our mothers' home ready to sell and showing along with negotiating with other agent and sellers, inspection, etc. etc. She has an excellent grasp of the process from start to finish. She never left anything dangling or unclear; details were important to her and us; she cared about the sale and all the working / moving parts that went with it. My sister lived close by but cares for a young preteen grandson and I live across town in Flower Mound. Teresa worked with us to check on things and keep an eye on the property and did more than was expected of her many times. Her access of local people to help get things done in the house can't go unnoticed! We were on a strict timeline to get ready to sell. We could not be better taken care of nor more appreciative or our experience with Teresa.
