Teresa Bruszer went above and beyond what I would expect from a real estate agent. She made sure that our home was in top shape for showings, went out of her way to help us with appointments because of our busy work schedules, and her attention to detail was excellent. Teresa is very professional and works hard for her client. We had a very small window of time and needed to sell our home quickly. She made that happen! We were amazed at the results!

There are few people I know that are as passionate about and dedicated to their work as Teresa. She is super knowledgeable about every facet of the business. She is incredibly detail-oriented, organized, prepared, and hardworking. She has an amazing sensitivity to both her client and prospective buying situations, yet at the same time is very confident and assertive when necessary, unintimidated by others. She was able to guide us through a tenuous bidding and give us spot on counsel as we made bidding choices. Besides being beyond competent, we truly felt that we had gained a wonderful friend in Teresa through the buying process. She took the time to support us in personal ways, too many to count. Teresa was a friend before she becoming our realtor. She is an active community member, serving on numerous boards that support our community schools and church. She leads our daughters community group and is relationally intentional with her family, friends and clients. Teresa was willing to step in and correct anything that was problematic. Teresa even researched the best was to clean and seal our grout... then proceeded to apply it herself!
