I never thought we would buy our first home using Zillow?! Turns out, it was a great experience! We ended up touring only 1 home, and made an offer the next day! Zillow made this extremely helpful, and I have nothing but great things to say about Teresa Cogovan. She was attentive, charming, knowledgeable, patient, and communication was always quick and easy. We didn't feel pressured at all. Being first time home buyers, this was a new experience for us and can be scary at times, however Teresa made the whole process a breeze! I truly felt that she loved her job, that she cares about her clients, and puts them first.

There's not enough space or time to talk about how amazing Teresa was. She made our home buying experience so incredible, fun and easy. From giving detailed FaceTime walkthroughs (since we were moving from another state) to being available late at night and early in the morning, she was always available and so easy to reach. Teresa is an absolute rockstar and by the end of the sale I trusted her like I'd trust a family member (or maybe even more). I seriously could go on and on with so many examples of how amazing she was but I'll just end with this. Teresa is an amazing person, she truly loves what she does and it shows, she goes out of the way to ensure her clients are happy and their expectations are exceeded. The only bad part of our home purchase was the end, because we no longer get to work with Teresa. Thank you Teresa, from the bottom of our hearts. There's not enough thanks you's in the world to express our gratitude towards you.

Teresa Cogovan made the home buying process seemless. She was able to explain things in common terms so I could understand. Teresa was honest and trustworthy. She was availabe literally 24/7. She was on a previoulsy scheduled vacation on my close date, but she Facetimed so she could enjoy the moment with us. Throughout this process, Teresa became my person; my person that I could ask questions, confide in and really ease my anxiety through what could have been an extremely stressful time. (now if she could just help with the move!) I believe God places people in others paths for a purpose, and he definitly put Teresa in my path at the right time.
