I never thought we would buy our first home using Zillow?! Turns out, it was a great experience! We ended up touring only 1 home, and made an offer the next day! We didn't feel pressured at all. Being first time home buyers, this was a new experience for us and can be scary at times, however Teresa made the whole process a breeze! There's not enough space or time to talk about how amazing Teresa was. She made our home buying experience so incredible, fun and easy. From giving detailed FaceTime walkthroughs (since we were moving from another state) to being available late at night and early in the morning, she was always available and so easy to reach. Teresa is an absolute rockstar and by the end of the sale I trusted her like I'd trust a family member (or maybe even more). I seriously could go on and on with so many examples of how amazing she was but I'll just end with this. Teresa is an amazing person, she truly loves what she does and it shows, she goes out of the way to ensure her clients are happy and their expectations are exceeded. The only bad part of our home purchase was the end, because we no longer get to work with Teresa. Thank you Teresa, from the bottom of our hearts.
