Seller reviewWhat seemed like a simple deal, went sideways due to a first time buyer on the other side of the transaction. Teresa experience and local knowledge kept this deal together. It was on the verge of falling apart more than once due to bad counseling the buyer was receiving from his broker, friends and lawyer, even on the day of the closing! We could not been happier with Teresa's performance to keep it on the rails. I've done many real estate deals, and dealt with many sales people, Teresa is head and shoulders above the rest.
