I had spoken with Teri Garcia three years previously, about a death in the family and that I might want to sell the cabin at some point. She checked back with me about once a year......not at all pushy.....just letting me know that she would be happy to list when/if I was ready. Although I had never met her, she acted friendly and comfortable each time over the phone. Living far away from the cabin and Teri's office, I appreciated how smoothly everything went with Teri's willingness to rely on emails, mailings, and phone calls with me. And when I had comments or questions, she always responded very quickly, whether it was a weekend or late in the evening. She was always easy to talk to and extremely warm and friendly. Teri did a fabulous job marketing the cabin in a pretty remote area. Her photos and description were great, and she used many different forms of advertisement, including social media, zillow, flyer postings, etc. We never actually met each other, but she kept in close contact every step of the way, keeping me informed about what she was doing. The experience was absolutely perfect in every way. It was the smoothest, most comfortable real estate transaction I have ever been involved in.
