Seller reviewOverall, it was a delightful experience working with Teresa. I was very busy with changing jobs, preparing my move and Teresa took care of everything and sold my house very efficiently. She was VERY responsive to all my questions. For me, it is a sign of a great business person. I would recommend Teresa ANYTIME! Teresa was fun, easy to work with, very knowledgeable, genuine and more importantly very interested in what I wanted as a seller. She delivered what she promised. Everything was very smooth. Teresa made it like it was a piece of cake. She was recommended by a friend!

Seller reviewI loved that she got drone video of the farm land to help market the property! That is truly creative and innovative way to market farm and i appreciate that she made it happen. Teresa also worked very quickly to make sure signage was up and she really did her homework on the value of our property, including the base acres and their value to potential buyers interested in continuing to farm our land. She also was a big help navigating some title issues and went the extra mile to track down contact information on a long lost cousin. I would definitely recommend Teresa to anyone looking for an effective, smart marketer and sales person.
