Hi, my name is Teri Camp. I was born and raised here in Spartanburg, SC, and have lived in the upstate most of my life. I have a wonderful husband who is retired from the Air Force and two beautiful daughters that are currently in high school and college. I attended Carolinas Academy of Real Estate and I'm a member of the National Association of Realtors and Spartanburg Association of Realtors. I also hold a degree from Western Oklahoma State College. In my off time, I love watching my daughters play lacrosse, going to the lake, or just spending quality time at home with my family and our two dogs. As a proud military spouse, my family and I moved around countless times here in the US and even overseas. Trust me when I say, I know what it's like to move and relocate! Buyer reviewTeri Camp was in a unique situation with my family when we began looking at houses and she handled it very professionally. I am still in Florida but planning to retire soon and move to Spartanburg where my daughter and grand daughters now live. Once my daughter and I decided that we would do best by finding a house where I could have a separate living area from my daughter and the children-- but be in the same house, we realized those types of properties are not so readily available. Teri found a house that fit our needs and although the online photos of the house did not show well, she convinced my daughter to go look at it. And my daughter fell in love with it. Due to Covid, I could not be there to look at that home or any others myself. This added more stress to the normal stress of house hunting. So Teri was challenged with working with me long distance and with my daughter locally--all during a pandemic and with our unique housing needs! Teri calmed our frayed nerves and stayed in touch with both of us simultaneously right up to closing.
